While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We currently ship to addresses throughout South Africa.

Failed Delivery Attempts

* The parcel is unclaimed,

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping returned parcels.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order has been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
